Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if unsuitable. All return shipping is paid for by the customer unless we have caused an error in shipping a wrong product. Any damaged freight needs to be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt.

FREIGHTING PAPER
We can ship products over night in 3 kg air bags and 5kg air bags. you can fit 125 12x12 sheets of cardstock into a 3kg bag and 225 sheets into a 5 kg bag. Qty’s higher than 225 sheets will be shipped via Direct Freight road express and usually takes from 1-3 days to arrive into most eastern Australian destinations. Road freight is shipped and costed per box into Capital Cities and some major country towns. For all other areas freight is priced by weight and distance. One box will hold approx 700 12x12 sheets of paper so keep in mind if you go into a second or third box by even a few hundred sheets the minimum charge from our freight company will apply to that box. We always try to ship your orders within 24 hours by the best and most economical way depending on its total weight. If your order is urgent we would advise you let us know and perhaps request AIR overnight bags to insure next day delivery into most areas.
All freight is shipped by direct Freight or Australia Post. Full Payment is required prior to dispatch.
