We are situated in Kew on beautiful NSW Mid North Coast.
Greg and I took on stewardship of Downunder Direct In November 2023 from the amazing Deb Monk. Deb piloted Downunder for 20+ years and continues to be a great friend and mentor.
Downunder Direct offers quality 12 x 12 cardstock in a great range of colours as well and Glitter card and paper, Mirror and Soft Metallic finishes.
Our aim is to carry on the service and quality established by Deb. It took us a little longer to get going after the disastrous port disputes held up our stock for 2 months at the start of the year, but we made it.
One of the main reasons Greg and I made the decision to keep Downunder Direct going was to maintain choice in the industry. Business, particularly small business, is tough so we do not have a minimum order value or a minimum annual spend - something we are carrying on from Deb.
Freight is a constant that we all battle with, and with fuel levy surcharges changing weekly, it is impossible to have a fixed price. Any reductions are passed on to you (if and when we get them!) and unfortunately any increases as well. Our carrier, Direct Freight, has been great to work with and has provided excellent service. We also use Australia Post. We check both to find the most economical way to get your goods to you.
We are WHOLESALE ONLY. Any retail enquiries will be passed on to our customers in the relevant areas.
